positive hobbies

If you've read my entry seen on weight loss you know I have been making steady paces towards losing weight and adopting exercise into my daily routine. I can eat healthy without a problem but I hate working out. Interestingly enough, my new gym membership at Max Fitness has caused me to become some what of a "band-wagon" exerciser.

What has invigorated my enthusiasm to go to the gym?


ZUMBA



I have known about Zumba for awhile now. I had even had multiple people say "Andrea you of all people will LOVE it" but I was still a skeptic. Until the other day when I attended my first Zumba class.

The music rocked, the atmosphere and people in my class were enthusiastic, and I was winded after every song!! By the end of the 45 minute class period I was worn out but pumped up with endorphins and an enhanced vigor for life.
The day after (today) I feel sore but excited for next Thursday's class!
