water sucks, it really really sucks


WHAT I SHOULD BE "IN TO" RIGHT NOW:


DRINKING WATER

I hate drinking water. Hate, hate, hate, double hate, loathe entirely (yes, I quoted The Grinch).

I have tried everything. I've tried taking my water bottle everywhere, I have tried Crystal Light packets, I've tried Sobe lifewater, EVERYTHING. I just don't like it. I LOVE coffee, drink my yerba mate tea, and dabble in diet pepsi but I can't like the taste (or lack of taste) of water.

I guess the proper response is: SUCK IT UP.

So here I am, drinking 16 oz of water with every meal and 24 oz after every work out. Wish me luck.

Any pointers? How does an anti-water girl get 'in to' drinking al natural?

  1. Have you tried adding lemon or lime to your water? It gives it a little something extra...a little pizzaz, if you will.
